Vlad is an experienced and passionate technology leader who displayed entrepreneurial skill and tactical ability to drive the technology product development and improvements process from product design through development and launch. He has 20+ years of experience in building hardware and software solutions for SaaS, Mobile, Web, Bigdata, AI, ML, Digital Transformation, and Cloud adoption, as well as Software as Medical Device (SaMD) products, delivering technology to improve lives and extend life. He is a builder of high-performing software development teams and an innovator of new technology systems. Previously, he had managed engineering teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA and led the implementation of hospital software products for medical devices at Heamonetics, Inc. Vlad has a passion for healthcare and a strong focus on empathy and patient care.
